Bears Most people will never experience the exhilaration of seeing a half-ton grizzly bear in the wild. But now people of all ages are daring to get closer than ever before to some of the largest predators on the planet.

From the safety of the Wells Fargo CineDome Theater, of course.

From black bears in Montana to polar bears in the Arctic and grizzlies in Alaska, the National Wildlife Federation's fourth giant-screen adventure film, Bears, presents fresh footage of these these powerful, majestic and often misunderstood omnivores in the full glory of their natural habitat.

Bears is being shown along with another film, Super Speedway.

The films are sponsored by:

Wells FargoLodgenetKelo TVMix 97.3 FM

Like all NWF films, including Whales and Dolphins - both of which were well received at the CineDome - Bears aims to educate and inspire audiences to take action to protect our wildlife and wild places. Learn about the challenges facing each of these species and why protecting them benefits the wildlife and people everywhere.

Bears and Super Speedway run through Sept. 26. Admission to each film is $6.50 for adults, $5.75 for seniors (62+) and $5 for children (3-12). Admission to see both films is $10.50 for adults, $9 for seniors and $7.50 for children. Combo passes are also available to see either one or both films plus the Kirby Science Discovery Center.

Wells Fargo CineDome films are shown at the top of the hour Monday - Thursday 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.; and Sunday 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Super Speedway will be shown on even numbered hours, Bears on odd numbered hours.
