Hours and Rates

The Visual Arts Center, Kirby Science Discovery Center, and the Wells Fargo CineDome are operating in their fall/winter schedule until Easter 2010.  After Easter (Sunday, April 4, 2010) hours will return to spring/summer schedule with the Visual Arts Center, the Kirby Science Discovery Center and the Wells Fargo CineDome open seven days a week.

During the fall/winter schedule they will be open, however, on Sioux Falls School District holidays such as Native American Day (Monday, October 12, 2009), honoring our Veterans (Monday, October 9, 2009 holiday Nov. 11, 2009), New Year's Eve (Thursday, December 31, 2009), Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Monday, January 18, 2010), Presidents Day (Monday, February 15, 2010), and most other school holidays. Please call ahead before traveling. The Washington Pavilion is closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.

The Box Office, lobbies, and administrative offices remain open with regular business hours throughout the year, but will close on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.

First Friday The Washington Pavilion offers several activities on the first Friday of each month, many of which are free or discounted.  Call 605-367-6000 or toll free 1-877-WashPav for more information. 

	First Free Friday: From 5:00 - 8:00  PM on the first Friday of each month admission to the Kirby Science Discovery Center is FREE.
	Pavilion Tours - free tour of the facility on the first Friday of every month from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, including the dressing rooms and backstage when available. Inquire at the 1st floor information booth at the Kirby Science Discovery Center entrance.

*Admission rate includes CineDome film(s) and admission to the Discovery Center. Children under three admitted free. There is a $3 per ticket convenience fee on all phone orders (waived for Members of the Washington Pavilion).  *Dates, times and titles subject to change.
*CineDome films show at the top of each hour. Last show starts at 4:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, and at 8:00 PM Friday.
