New Software Will Improve Customer Experience

On behalf of everyone with Washington Pavilion Management, Inc., I am personally so excited to let you know we are launching a new state-of-the-art ticketing and customer relationship management system. This new software soon will improve your experience as you make purchases with us—from ticketing to museum admissions to memberships to educational offerings and much more!

The new system, SecuTix, will be implemented in phases, but once fully rolled out, guests will enjoy an improved and modern online purchasing experience. We can’t wait to reveal this system’s secure and enhanced features and user-friendly design.

Washington Pavilion Management, Inc. manages not only the Washington Pavilion of Arts & Science venue, but also the Orpheum Theater Center, as well as provides ticketing and other business services to partners including Augustana University, Live on Stage – Sioux Falls Concert Association, SculptureWalk, Sioux Falls Jazz and Blues Society, Sioux Falls Municipal Band, South Dakota Military Heritage Alliance, South Dakota Symphony Orchestra, The Premiere Playhouse and more. 

The system works behind the scenes on the various websites, so you can make all your purchases from us as you always have. You may be prompted to create a new account.
