2020-21 Safety Protocols

We are committed to holding our classes in the safest way possible for our students, their families and our employees. Below you will find a list of adjustments that we feel will help keep our students and staff healthy.

Operational Adjustments

  • Instructors and volunteers are required to wear masks and we recommend faces masks for our students.
  • Rooms will be used once a day when possible to allow for proper sanitizing and disinfecting
  • Individual supplies will be used when possible to limit the sharing of supplies
  • Additional tables/chairs will be used to allow for recommended physical distance
  • Classes will have a 15 student capacity
  • Rooms will be chosen based on size of camp
  • Teachers will ensure that student workstations are proper distance apart. Disinfectant will be provided to use throughout the class as needed
  • Encourage guests to take their temperature and screen for symptoms before coming to the facility for a class.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be set up at the entrance of the facility, so guests can sanitize their hands upon their arrival.

Thank you for your support and cooperation in keeping everyone safe and healthy.
