DAPA at the Pavilion and Augustana University present: GREASE

July 27, 2018 | 7 p.m.
July 28, 2018 | 2 & 7 p.m.
Edith Mortenson Center at Augustana University

The Dakota Academy of Performing Arts at the Washington Pavilion and Augustana University Theatre Company will present GREASE in the Edith Mortenson Center at Augustana University.

Here is Rydell High's senior class of 1959: duck-tailed, hot-rodding "Burger Palace Boys" and their gum-snapping, hip-shaking "Pink Ladies" in bobby sox and pedal pushers, evoking the look and sound of the 1950s in this rollicking musical.

Head "greaser" Danny Zuko and new (good) girl Sandy Dumbrowski try to relive the high romance of their "Summer Nights."

GREASE is a familiar musical theatre favorite, but contains some mature content. The Washington Pavilion considers parents/guardians to be the best decision-makers on what is appropriate for their children and families.

Programs, dates, times and prices subject to change.

"Grease" is presented by special arrangement with SAMUEL FRENCH, INC.

Book, Music and Lyrics by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey
