Tender roast beef smothered in caramelized onions, Swiss and pepper jack cheese and garlic aioli; served on a homemade focaccia roll.

Gorgonzola Chicken Bacon Pizza
Caramelized bacon and onion sauce, topped with sliced chicken breast, bacon lardons and gorgonzola cheese; baked onto a crispy focaccia pizza crust and garnished with scallions.

Wednesday

Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
Roasted chicken, bacon, tomatoes and cavattappi pasta all tossed in a cheesy ranch alfredo sauce and baked to a gooey perfection!

Thursday

Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry
Sautéed ground beef, cabbage, carrots and broccoli simmered in a soy-ginger sauce.

Friday

Sloppy Joe
Seasoned ground beef simmered in tomato sauce and paste, herbs and spices, topped with American cheese; served on a gourmet bun.
