Pot Roast
Overnight roasted sirloin with potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, garlic and herbs; topped with natural beef jus.

Seasoned tilapia fillet, oven roasted and garnished with lettuce, tomato and tartar sauce; served on a brioche bun.
