How do I know if I received my requested seat(s)?

Why didn’t I receive my requested seat(s)?
We are fortunate to have a large number of loyal Series subscribers. The majority of our Series subscribers renew their seats every year which means there are not many seats for us to use for new requests. All requests are reviewed by date/time received and returning subscribers are seated before new subscribers.
Our staff reviews all requests very closely. We review the parameters of your request exactly – if seats are available within your criteria, you are seated there. If not, you are seated in the best available seats in your requested range. We received hundreds of requests this year – in order to complete them in a timely fashion, we are not able to call subscribers while reviewing requests.
Is there anything I can do to get closer seats this season?
We sometimes have additional performance dates/times that are not part of the subscription packages. If you are interested in opportunities to move on a show-by-show basis* simply call or visit our Box Office to change your seats** starting on June 8. You can exchange your tickets at any time up to one week before the performance. Starting June 8, you can also purchase additional tickets to any of our Performance Series shows.***
*If new tickets are higher priced than original tickets, payment for the difference will be applied at the time of the exchange.
**Season ticket seats are not guaranteed.

Can I still change my Series tickets?
Absolutely! Call or visit the Washington Pavilion Box Office Monday - Saturday, 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. or Sunday 11:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. We would be happy to review the current seating inventory and help you find another seat location.
When will I receive my tickets?
Subscription tickets will be mailed in late July.
