About the Artist
Born in Los Angeles and now based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Jerry Fogg draws inspiration from his upbringing near Fort Thompson on the Crow Creek Reservation. A self-taught artist, he began developing his craft in high school, influenced by Native American artists and the expansive landscapes of South Dakota.
Fogg’s work reflects a deep connection to place, memory and identity. His artistic process is guided by intention, carefully selecting materials and composition to bring each story to life.
