Group Tickets

Here’s what you can expect when you gather a group to attend a show at the Pavilion: BIG Savings and BIG Perks. We welcome all types of groups: corporate, organizations, churches, bank travel, senior citizens and any group with a minimum of 10 people.

Personal Service: Groups enjoy personal attention and detail, from the moment you call until your arrival at the Pavilion. We will make sure you have the perfect seats and performance experience!

Savings: Groups benefit from a discount on tickets to most shows.

Dining and party assistance: To make your experience even more memorable, our exceptional Event Coordinators can help your groups with dining and party options.

The Washington Pavilion also offers Sioux Falls-area companies and organizations discounted tickets to some Pavilion performances and events. This program is perfect for employee benefits, client and guest entertaining, and employee rewards.

How to apply your special savings:

    1. Select your show(s) of interest and click buy tickets.

    1. After selecting a concert, the ticket buyer must enter a company provided promo code in the promo code box.

    1. This will then adjust the pricing for all seats in the select venue at the Pavilion to include this discount, and allow the ticket buyer to register an account and finish the transaction.

    1. The ticket buyer will then have the option to have the tickets mailed or left at will call.

    1. A 3.5% credit card fee will apply when booking a group.

    1. Group tickets cannot be resold above face value.

    1. Tickets identified in the secondary market or handled by a third-party broker outside of the Washington Pavilion, the Orpheum Theater Center or 3e Encore may be cancelled without notice.

    1. Management reserves the right to cancel orders without notice.

Your group visit will include a historical presentation of the building and how it transformed into the region’s primary destination for arts, entertainment and science; a tour of our 12,000-square-foot Visual Arts Center; and an overview of SculptureWalk, the largest annual exhibit of public sculptures in the world. Simply complete the Group Visit Request Form (at the top of page) and experience your Washington Pavilion in a whole new way!

There is plenty of space for bus parking around the Washington Pavilion. Please let us know at the time of the reservation if your group will be arriving via bus and we’ll be there to help with any needs you may have. Do not park in “NO PARKING” areas or any private lot unless authorized by Pavilion staff or you may be towed at your expense.
