Ages 14–18 may audition
Rehearsals/Camp Dates: July 8–12 & 15–19 (2 weeks – Mon.-Fri.), 1–6 p.m.
Performances: July 19 at 7 p.m. | July 20 at 2 & 7 p.m.
Tuition Fee: $315 (Pavilion Members)/$350 (Non-Members) **
Location of Camp and Performances: Orpheum Theatre Center
This Musical Theatre Camp impresses audiences every summer! Students will audition and will spend the two weeks learning from and working alongside theatre professionals on the Orpheum Theater stage. Challenge yourself, make lasting friendships, rehearse and learn the importance of teamwork in this 2-week theatre camp that culminates in a full-scale full-length Broadway musical performance.
Ages 14–18 may audition

In this two-week long intensive, join our professional directing team to explore the beautiful language and complex characters presented by William Shakespeare. Students in this year’s Shakespeare Camp will perform an abbreviated version of Shakespeare’s ROMEO AND JULIET. Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity to get to know the Bard!

Rehearsals and performances take place toward the end of the summer and throughout the school year.
Through the Plays for Living Theatre Company, theatre students at DAPA at the Washington Pavilion perform in the community as a means of educating students and community members. Plays are designed to provoke conversation and raise awareness and communication around sensitive social issues.
