Class Cancellation Policy

Participant Cancellation: Partial refunds will be issued to participants who cancel a minimum of 14 days prior to the first day of class (a processing fee of $10 will be kept on all refunds). No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made within 14 days of the first day of class.

Program Cancellation: If a minimum enrollment has not been reached one week prior to the first session, we must cancel the program. Customers will be contacted by telephone or email. If we are unable to accommodate a suitable transfer to a class in the same season, we will issue a full refund.

Do you need financial assistance for our classes? Download the Scholarship Application (PDF) and submit the completed form to the Patron Services Manager at the Washington Pavilion.
