Access Your Museums Membership Card

Your Washington Pavilion Museums membership card is available through your online account. You can add it to Apple Wallet, download the PDF to your phone or print a copy. No separate app is required.

Access Your Card Online

  1. Log in to your Washington Pavilion online account through our website.
  2. Select Tickets on the account homepage.
  3. Find your active membership and select Open Mobile Ticket.
  4. Add your card to Apple Wallet or download the PDF to save to your phone or print.

Please note: Apple Wallet is currently the only supported mobile wallet. If you do not use Apple Wallet, you can download the PDF to your phone.

Other Ways to Access Your Card

Need help accessing your card? Call the Box Office at 605-367-6000 or email info@washingtonpavilion.org to request an emailed copy. A temporary printed membership ticket is also available at the Box Office.

You can still check in and enjoy the museums without presenting your membership card. Our team can look up your membership when you arrive.
