Feel a sense of belonging when you attend the immersive performance of “Loved Lifted Us” by Curious Music Collective, part of their Uplifting Voices Series. This performance will celebrate Black history and beyond with spoken word, song and dance and take you on a journey of storytelling and self-searching for a truly inspiring experience!
The event will provide an exclusive sneak peek into the “WOMEN: A Century of Change” exhibition, opening to the public the following day. The exhibition boasts more than 100 images drawn from the National Geographic archives and reveals the lives of women from more than 30 countries from the turn of the 20th century until now. These powerful images are organized into six themes including joy, beauty, love, wisdom, strength and hope.
The exhibition will open to ticket holders at 5:30 p.m., when tasty beverages, charcuterie and other fare will also be available for purchase, so come early and make it a fun evening!
