October 11, 2023

Sioux Falls, SD  —The Washington Pavilion is thrilled to announce the second event in our Healthy Living Series, which is focused on helping our community achieve long-term wellness. With the holiday season fast approaching, it’s important to maintain healthy stress levels. This month’s event will center around healthy stress management practices and how to implement them during the holiday season and beyond.

“We’re excited to continue this free series with another incredible opportunity to learn from local experts on how to care for our mind, body and spirit during the hustle and bustle of the holidays,” says Darrin Smith, President and CEO of Washington Pavilion Management, Inc.

The free event will take place on Tuesday, October 24, at 6:30 p.m. in The WP at the Washington Pavilion.
