The South Dakota Symphony Orchestra (SDSO) works to accomplish its mission: “To celebrate the tradition of live orchestral music and enrich the lives of people throughout our region” through concert, touring, education, and community engagement programs. Ticket Exchanges & Returns

Subscribers may exchange tickets for other SDSO tickets of equal or lesser value. Exchanges across series may incur additional fees. No exchanges into Premium Concerts. Ticket exchanges must occur 24 hours prior to the concert. Season ticket holders may return a ticket at least 24 hours prior to the concert for tax-deductible donation receipt. All exchanges are subject to availability. There are no cash returns on season series or single ticket sales.

Student Rush

Regardless of age, students may purchase $10 tickets for the best available seat in the house 60 minutes prior to the performance with a valid student ID. Premium Concerts not eligible.

Accessible Seating

The Washington Pavilion makes every effort to accommodate all persons with disabilities. Theaters are wheelchair accessible. Complimentary assisted-listening devices are available at the Box Office. Sign language interpreters are offered by request. Large-print or Braille programs are available by request for patrons with visual impairments. Please make your requests at least 3 weeks in advance.
